In April and May of 2001, I spent eight weeks in Nepal, trekking in the Annapurna and Everest regions. Over the course of two months, I had the opportunity to walk over 500km though some of the most spectacular mountain scenery on the planet. Both treks were unforgettable experiences and the time I spent in Nepal ranks among the highlights of my trip around the world.
